As one of the premier print and advertising companies in the area, we understand all too well how the COVID-19 pandemic is effecting the economy and your community. We here at AvidSphere LLC have always had the best interest in the local businesses we work with locally and we will continue to help them in any way we can get through this difficult, unprecedented time period.
If you couldn't tell, we care just as much about you and your experience as well which is why we will be extending any unredeemed voucher set to expire in March, April, and May. Here's what you need to know:
- There are many restaurants still open for take-out or delivery. Please contact these vendors directly to see if they are one of them and if your AvidDeals will still be honored at this time.
- Any voucher set to expire in March, April and May 2020 will now be extended to 7/31/2020 at this time until further notice.
- Expiration date extensions will not be for our grocery store vendors. They have been and will remain open at this moment.
- If your voucher is for a specific event that was canceled due to COVID-19, we will issue a store credit for the amount you paid for the voucher. (Country Barn vouchers for Spring on the Farm will still be honored by Country Barn for any events held during 2020 and will not be credited)
Please continue to support these businesses if you are able by utilizing their take-out and delivery options as well as purchasing gift cards to keep some revenue coming into their business so they can remain in operation. Several businesses that did not offer delivery before have now adapted this model during this time so please contact the vendors of your vouchers to check!
