Vouchers are no longer emailed! Your will receive an order confirmation email that will direct you to retrieve your voucher(s) from your AvidDeals Wallet. You can print or reveal your voucher(s) from your AvidDeals Wallet located in the bottom-left corner of the AvidDeals website.
Simply click the glowing ticket icon button while logged into AvidDeals. You may login with the email address or with your SHOP app credentials that you used to purchase your voucher(s). Once logged in, clicking or pressing the glowing button will reveal the vouchers in your wallet.
Logging in may redirect you to your purchase history, which does not have access to your AvidDeals wallet. To find it, just click or press the AvidDeals logo at the top of the page to return to the storefront, where the button can be seen.
Your vouchers are always accessible in your AvidDeals Wallet, located at the bottom-left corner of your screen on our website (the glowing ticket icon). Toggling this button will list all your vouchers, each highlighted in 1 of 3 color backgrounds to signify its status:
- White background & purple text indicates a voucher has not been redeemed yet.
- Light gray background & purple text means the voucher has expired but still can be redeemed the amount paid (minus any discounts you applied) for up to 5 years after the expiration date.
- Dark gray background & white text indicates a voucher has either already been redeemed or is no longer redeemable.
You can use your wallet to redeem your vouchers directly by showing the voucher to the cashier and you will be asked to click on the redeem button twice to complete the validation and redemption of your voucher. Or you can still print your vouchers by clicking on the “Add PDF” button for all vouchers you would like to print and when you are done selecting the vouchers you want just click on the jiggling “download” button and print from there. Depending on your settings, if your PDF doesn’t automatically open when you click “download”, locate the PDF in your device's “files” or “finder” app where your downloads are stored and print from there!
