We've updated our customer experience to provide what you've been asking for! Please now locate your vouchers in your AvidDeals Wallet located in the bottom left corner. They will no longer be emailed to you!
Password needs to be reset
Sometimes the customer does not receive their password reset email when they personally click on the link. When this happens just go to their customer page and in the top right, click on "reset password" and confirm.
If the email bounces back (bounced emails go to info email) we can copy and paste the link from the bounced email.
Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
