REFUND POLICY

All sales are final and refunds are granted based on the AvidDeals team's discretion. Your deal may always be redeemed at the Vendor who issued it for at least the amount you paid for it and for only what the voucher specifies for up to 5 years after the expiration date. AvidDeals is also not financially responsible for a Vendor who does not honor an active redeemable voucher or expired redeemable voucher based on the contractual agreement between said Vendor and AvidDeals; if this situation arises, please contact us and we will contact the vendor to help you remedy the issue. If a Vendor does not give you the full value of your voucher but does give the amount paid, there will be no refund issued on behalf of AvidDeals because your voucher has been redeemed AND the amount the vendor credited you would be the amount you paid for the voucher (unless a promo code was used at the time of purchase) which you would be seeking from AvidDeals which would be offset by the vendor. AvidDeals is not responsible for Vendor's abrupt closures do to the Vendor's discretion or of acts of God nor responsible for bad services or products at the Vendor's location. Missing any promo codes for discounts being applied at checkout is not refundable; please make sure any and all promo codes are applied to your cart before you proceed to pay for your order. Not being able to download your voucher on your device is also not refundable; please seek assistance concerning your device, wifi or carrier data. There will be no refunds given under any circumstance for expired deals purchased unless the vendor is no longer in business; in this situation a store credit will be given for the purchased amount.

For any unredeemed deals that are deemed refundable based on the AvidDeals team's discretion, may be refunded within the first three days of purchase for a refund of the amount paid only via Gift Card or store credit for acceptable reasons. After that three day time period, AvidSphere LLC will not refund any deal and all sales are final.

Body: Please include you name, the email associated with your account, your order# and the voucher's redemption code.

Upon receipt of every returned deal we will, before a refund is processed, verify the coupon code has not been redeemed and will cancel that code. Refund will be made in the form of a gift card or store credit 3-5 business days after the reception of the unredeemed voucher that was emailed.
