Based on our Refund Policy we will issue you a store credit (AvidDeals gift card) for your vouchers for the amount you paid for them. At that time we will also void your unused vouchers so they will not appear in your AvidDeals wallet.
Please give us until the end of day to process this for you. You will receive the credit via email and we will reach out when this has been processed to make sure you have received it.

If they are not happy with that (only 2-3 weren't since the site has been live), explain to them that:
our platform enables our vendors to reach a wider audience and each purchase is given back to the vendor in 1 of 3 ways. Though the vendor is no longer in business, the amount paid has already been given back to the vendor during the time they were still operating. We apologize for any inconvenience but this is the best option as AvidDeals continues to do out best to provide quality vendors and help those businesses in the best way possible
If the customer still has an issue, just give them a full refund
REMEMBER TO VOID THE VOUCHERS AT THE TIME OF CREDIT OR REFUND AND PLACE THE NOTES IN FOR THE CREDIT IN THE NOTES FIELD, THE NOTES FIELD BEFORE COMPLETING THE REFUND, IN THE COMMENTS OF THE ORDER AT THE BOTTOM AND THE COMMENTS OF THAT CUSTOMER ON THEIR CUSTOMER PAGE AS WELL. include the gift card code, the voucher's redemption code and the order number as shown below:
