Always get the customer's email associated with their Avid account and if they have a question concerning a voucher, get the voucher's redemption code to look up (you can find the order by the date and time it was created matched with the Order's date and time)

Our main goal is to keep the customer happy and coming back. If we need to issue a store credit, restock the item and make sure the expiration date is current and deal is active. Don't be afraid to give money back to an unruly customer and let them know it is a one time curtesy
